Project Purpose

The purpose of this study will be to analyze the safety and operational issues identified along Route 17 from Featherbed Lane to Guinea Road with a focus on providing safety improvements, preserving capacity (to keep traffic flowing smoothly), and enhanced bicycle and transit access.
