Intersection of Route 221 (Oakley Avenue) and Route 163 (Memorial Avenue)
Project Purpose
The purpose of the study is to address the vehicular and pedestrian safety concerns, congestion mitigation, and capacity preservation at the Oakley Avenue and Memorial Avenue intersection. The study intersection is identified as VTrans Priority 1 Node; and the project aims to identify medium- and long-term solutions for vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians.

The survey regarding potential transportation safety, congestion, and bicycle/pedestrian improvements at the intersection of Oakley Avenue and Memorial Avenue is complete.
