Stone Springs Boulevard to Loudoun County Parkway

Project Purpose

The purpose of this study is to assess the Arcola Mills Drive corridor from Stone Springs Boulevard to Loudoun County Parkway. The study will focus on improving safety, mitigating congestion, multimodal accessibility/connectivity (bicycle, pedestrian and transit), and transportation demand management (TDM) needs.

Survey

The Phase 1 survey regarding current transportation needs on Arcola Mills Drive from Stone Springs Boulevard to Loudoun County Parkway was completed in June 2025. The study team will use the input obtained from the public to better focus on solutions and develop alternatives to address the identified needs.
