RI-25-03: U.S Route 58 - Town of Clarksville

Intersection of U.S. Route 58 and U.S. Route 15 (Clarksville Bypass)

Project Purpose

The purpose of this study is to evaluate cost-effective alternatives that address the identified VTrans needs (safety, corridor preservation, and access) at the intersection of U.S. Route 58 and U.S. Route 15 (Clarksville Bypass). The study location has been identified in VTrans as a Distressed area.

Survey

The Phase 1 survey regarding current transportation needs at the intersection of U.S. Route 58 and Route 15 (Clarksville Bypass) was completed in May 2025. The study team will use the input obtained from the public to better focus on solutions and develop alternatives to address the identified needs.
