SA03: Route 11/460 (West Main Street)

Project Purpose

The study objectives are to address safety, congestion, and pedestrian, bicycle, and transit access concerns along the Route 11/460 (West Main Street) corridor. No nodes or segments were identified as VTrans Priority 1 needs along the study corridor, although three nodes and three segments were identified as Priority 2 needs. Goals are to identify safety and operational improvements to reduce congestion and improve safety and access for all transportation users.
