SA04: Route 460 Business (N. Franklin Street) and Route 114 (Peppers Ferry Road)
Project Purpose
The study objectives are to address safety, pedestrian, and bicycle access concerns along the Route 460 Business (N. Franklin Street) and Route 114 (Peppers Ferry Road) corridors. One node and two segments were identified as VTrans Priority 1 needs along the study corridors, with eight additional segments identified as Priority 2 needs. Goals are to identify safety and operational improvements to improve safety and access for all transportation users.
